To do justice to this aspiration, we employ internal standards that go beyond the legal requirements. Our state-of-the-art production equipment not only provides for the best level of hygiene and quality but also ensures efficient production and reliability of supply. Our deep frozen products are made in accordance with the IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) method that ensures rapid freezing of each product. This method guarantees a high level of foodstuff quality and safety and makes sure that the size, flavour and texture of products are retained. At the same time, the whole of the freezing chain is continually monitored so that maximum freshness and safety are guaranteed.
