Chicken pasta with Gorgonzola and pear.
Ingredients:
- 100 g Gierlinger chicken cubes/strips
- 300 g your favourite pasta
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 1 pear
- 1 handful baby spinach
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- Parmesan
Instructions:
- Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Cook the Gierlinger chicken product as instructed.
- Chop the onion finely and sweat in the butter. Deglaze with the stock, add the cream and then salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the pasta.
- Add the baby spinach immediately before serving. Dish up and top with pieces of cut pear, crumbled Gorgonzola and the chicken pieces.
- Sprinkle over the Parmesan.
Bacon and egg Caesar sandwich.
Ingredients:
- 5 slices of Gierlinger premium bacon
- 1 sandwich baguette
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1-2 gem lettuce hearts
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 anchovy
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- A little garlic
- 1 splash of white balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Slice baguette in half and toast. Prepare a Caesar dressing using the mayonnaise, chopped anchovy, grated Parmesan and chopped garlic. Add salt, pepper and vinegar to taste.
- Fry the bacon until crispy in accordance with instructions. Divide the gem lettuce hearts into four, spread the dressing on the baguette, place the marinated lettuce on the baguette, add the hard-boiled egg and finish with fried bacon strips and grated Parmesan. Put the top half of the baguette in place and enjoy!
